Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We completely understand. At some point, we've all added too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after ordering, but that's not a problem at all! We hope you love our products as much as we do!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ONAIL purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt and refund your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling.
Products must be returned in new or well-used condition. ONAIL monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at ONAIL in all cases. All returns are subject to verification and approval by ONAIL at its discretion.
Note: Free shipping labels are not included before 30 days.

Returns Procedure
Visit ONAIL Returns to find your item by order number and email address.
Select the product you wish to return and follow the instructions to submit your return request. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be approved.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with an RMA number and instructions for returning your package.
Once your return request is approved, ship the item to the address provided in the email.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 14 business days for your order to be processed once it is placed. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required due to higher than usual throughput. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
Please note: Original or return shipping costs are not refundable unless an error occurred on our end. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by clicking here. In these cases, we prefer to resolve them on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
Please note: Duties and fees collected are non-refundable.
